The Joint Powers Board provides the fiscal oversight for the Nobles County Integration Collaborative.  It also makes all decisions pertaining to personnel.

The Collaborative Council works closely with the NCIC staff to determine annual program offerings, to award mini-grants and to evaluate the effectiveness of NCIC efforts.

Joint Powers Board Meeting Schedule No Meeting in July  August 3, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. after Council meeting September 14, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. **2^nd Monday to avoid Labor Day November 2, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. January 4, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. February 1^st, 2010 time to be determined **Annual meeting with Collaborative Council March 1, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. May 3, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.
