University of Minnesota Founders FREE Tuition Program: Available to Minnesota residents who are eligible for federal Pell Grants. Eligible incoming admitted freshman and transfer students on ALL U of M campuses qualify.

Minnesota Achieve Scholarship: Eligible Minnesota high school graduates who complete any one of four sets of courses defined as rigorous earn a one-time scholarship to help pay for college at a public or private university or college in Minnesota.

AGStar Fund for Rural America Scholarship Program:  Scholarships awarded to high school students pursuing ag-related degrees or with an Ag or rural background.

Minnesota Clean Air Choice Scholarship: This is a essay contest for all high school seniors in Minnesota with plans to attend postsecondary education are eligible to submit entries for the scholarship. First place essay write will receive a $1,000 scholarship; the second place essay write will receive a $500 scholarship.

Minnesota AFL-CIO Scholarship: The Minnesota AFL-CIO offers five $1,000 scholarships for union members (or dependents of union members) whose union is affiliated with the Minnesota AFL-CIO.  The applicant must be a present high school senior, planning to attend post secondary school in the state of Minnesota

PAGE EDUCATION FOUNDATION: Awards granted to Minnesota’s youth of color who are pursuing their dreams of post-secondary education.

Scholarship Program for Cosmetology Students: The Alice Madden Barton Scholarship program was created in memory of Alice Madden Barton, the mother of Great Clips CEO Ray Barton and President Rhoda Olsen.These scholarships are given twice a year to current or soon-to-be cosmetology students who portray the love of the industry and determination that Alice herself showed as one of the pioneer's of Great Clips.
