ISD 518 Food Service Distribution Sites
During the period of school closure that has been mandated by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz from Wednesday, March 18th through Friday, March 27th, Independent School District 518 will continue to offer a food service program. This program will allow continuity in nutrition for youth in our community while still respecting the social distancing guidelines that have been recommended by the Minnesota Department of Health as well as the Center for Disease Control.
Eleven locations throughout our community will be utilized in distributing meals to everyone 18 and under. These meals will include a lunch for that day as well as breakfast for the following morning. Distribution of these meals will begin on Wednesday, March 18th and continue for the foreseeable future or until ISD 518 buildings reopen to students. Meal distribution at all locations will take place from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Locations are for picking up meals only.
