Attention: All Prairie Families

Important Information for ALL PRAIRIE FAMILIES!
Please come to Prairie tomorrow (March 25) between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm to pick up your child’s Distance Learning materials. Your child’s teacher has prepared 3 weeks of learning materials in the event that our closure is extended by Governor Walz.
Pick up will be in the Car Rider Pick Up line in the parking lot West of the Prairie gyms.
Procedure:
 Pull up in the circle
 Give your student name(s), grade level, and teacher name to the attendant
 For your convenience, learning materials will be delivered to your car—you don’t have to park or come in to the building
Completed assignments will be collected when school resumes, or on the next Distribution Day if the closure is extended. Watch for more information. Your child will be receiving free books from the library that they may keep. See you tomorrow!

Por favor venga a la escuela Prairie mañana (25 de marzo) entre 7 am y 6 pm para recoger los materiales de su niño (s) para la Enseñanza a Distancia. El maestro (a) de su niño ha preparado materiales de aprendizaje para 3 semanas en caso que el cierre de nuestra escuela se extienda por órdenes del Gobernador Walz.
La entrega será en la línea de autos, entrando en el estacionamiento hacia el este del edificio donde está el gimnasio de la escuela.
Procedimientos:
 Siga el circulo de la línea de autos
 Dele el nombre, grado y nombre del maestro (a) de su estudiante a la persona que lo atienda
 Para su conveniencia los materiales serán entregados en su carro—no tienen que estacionarse o entrar a la escuela.
Las tareas terminadas serán entregadas una vez que se reanuden las clases, o el siguiente día de distribución de materiales en caso que se extienda el cierre de las escuelas.
