Track – Lettered 6 years; Most Valuable – 2 years; 14 SW Conference titles in 100, 200, 400, 800 Meters, Long Jump, Triple Jump, 4×200 Relay and 4×400 Relay; School record holder in 400 Meter Dash and 4×400 Relay; Four-time State Track meet qualifier; 2nd Place in 4×400 in ’97 and ’99; Six-time Southwest Conference team champions; State True Team participant in 1999, 4th place in State True Team in 1999

Allyson currently resides in Woodbury, Minnesota with her husband, Justin and their son Lucas.  She is a pharmacist for Walgreens. She was inducted into the Trojan Hall of Fame in 2010.
