Wrestling Coach (Head and Assistant) at WHS for 25 years; Assistant Baseball Coach for ten years; Industrial Arts/Tech teacher at WHS

1992 State Class AA Wrestling Coach of the Year; 1992 and 1993 Section 2AA Wrestling Coach of the Year

Co-founder with former WHS Athletic Director Don Basche of the WHS Hall of Fame in 1989

Dale is retired and currently resides in the Reading, MN area. Dale and his wife, Kathy, raised five children. He was inducted into the Trojan Hall of Fame in 2013.
