Before coming to Worthington, Ron taught in Fort Dodge, Iowa for 6 years.  He currently resides in Worthington with his wife, Kris.  They have 4 children, Andy, Katie, Michael, and Jonathan. He was inducted into the Trojan Hall of Fame in 2015.
