Scott and his wife, Lori, have 2 children; Danielle and Joseph.  Scott was a general agent with Lutheran Brotherhood responsible for 34 sales associates in Central and Northern Illinois. Scott passed away in 2007. He was inducted into the Trojan Hall of Fame in 1997.
