COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC for STUDENTS age 16+
The vaccine is available at no cost!
When: Friday, April 30, 2021
Location: Worthington High School
Students can sign-up in the Student Services Office. They will receive a packet of vaccine information. Students ages 16 and 17 will receive a parent/guardian consent form. The signed consent form is due back to the high school office by the end of the day Thursday, April 29th.

Key Information:
- We accept both Sanford patients and non-Sanford patients
- Pfizer vaccine is authorized for those age 16 and older. The second dose of Pfizer will be scheduled for 21 days after the first dose, and given again at the school.
- Appointments take approximately 20 minutes. Plan for a 15-minute observation time after receiving both the first and second dose of the vaccine. The wait time will increase to 30 minutes if you’ve ever had a severe reaction to an injectable medicine or vaccine in the past.
