Speech 2AA Section Meet

On Saturday, April 12, the Worthington Speech Team competed in the 2AA Section meet, where the top three speakers in each category earned a trip to the State Speech Meet. Worthington Speech performed well, with three competitors reaching the Final round: MacKenzie Platt in Poetry and Gisel Martinez and Alondra Palma Zargoza in Prose. MacKenzie and Alondra both placed 6th, and Gisel placed 3rd. Gisel will be competing in the State Meet on April 26. Congratulations to the entire Speech team on an excellent season! Go Trojans!
