Music

Second through fourth grade students at Prairie Elementary receive 90 minutes of general music instruction per week.

String Orchestra is offered in fourth grade. Students in fourth grade also have the opportunity to participate in Celebration Chorus, a performing choir which meets after school. Band is offered to fifth grade students.
