Accounting 1 A & B

Two Terms       Grades 10, 11, 12         Elective

Students will be introduced to one of the fastest growing and great paying professions in the United States. All college business majors are required to take Principles of Accounting. This class will serve as a great introduction and foundation to college accounting. If you have any interest in owning your own business, this class is for you. Students will study accounting vocabulary, the relationship between accounting and business, and the accounting cycle for service and merchandise business. All work is completed using an online textbook and software. College credit is available, see Mr. Lais for explanation.
