About Our Teachers

I graduated high school in Fulda and ended up in the Twin Cities via St. Cloud State University. I also graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. After 23 years in the city, working in the restaurant world (management and corporate operations), I moved my family back down to Southwest MN. I am excited to be teaching in the Business Department and my focus will be to prepare students for life after high school.
