AP Statistics A & B
Two Terms Grades 12 Meets Requirement
Prerequisite: Algebra 3
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the major concepts and tools for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data. Curriculum for this course follows the AP Statistics curriculum set by the College Board and is designed to prepare students for the AP Statistics exam in May. Students who successfully complete the course and examination may receive credit and/or advanced placement for a one-semester introductory college statistics course.
A student interested in taking AP Statistics A & B must receive prior permission from the teacher.
